My Story

Hello, my name is Alahna,

I am the owner of AKBplantae LLC. I have learned so much about the benefits that plants can do overtime. Even the invasive plants in your own backyard can possibly benefit your body, depending on how they are used. At AKBplantae, we encourage herbal remedies that foster products made of plants to keep the human body balanced and healthy. I started my business because I developed an "incurable" disease called endometriosis which affects the female uterus. It brought so much pain and acne into my life. I didn't want to constantly use pain medication monthly, which would affect me in the long run. I wanted things to change! I researched plants that help with some of those issues. I created and tested my products on myself and volunteers. I personally rub my oil and sometimes my salve on my stomach to help relieve the pain. I also make tea from the same plants in my back yard. I usually would have dry skin but with my oil and salve, my skin is soft and smooth. They helped treat my acne, keeping my skin hydrated.  So here I am now, developing products that help to take stress away and bring relief.
